Why do I need to check compatibility?
We need to make sure that your smart meters are compatible with your new SeeZero. The checks will take just a few minutes.
Providing consent
Before we can connect your SeeZero display to your smart meters, we’ll need proof of address and your explicit consent.
When you’ve completed your purchase you’ll receive an order confirmation via email from SeeZero, and you’ll be asked to click a link to complete the process.
To provide your consent you’ll need to do only one of the following:
- Upload a recent energy bill
- Please make sure you send every page (Either take a picture of each page or upload the PDF copy of the whole bill)
- No more than 3 months old
- Provide the details of a debit/credit card registered at your property
- Entering the unique ID of the original IHD installed at your property
